If you are having trouble finding EW Near You, we will work directly with you! Simply fill out the Parent Order Form and email it to us. We will contact you within 24 hours the order being placed to verify before shipping. 

Keep In Mind...

  • We only sell the frame itself, you are responsible for the lenses. 

  • We do not accept insurance; ask about insurance reimbursement options. 

  • We require a payment upfront before shipping. 

  • We can send up to 3 frames at a time to try on at home with a pre-stamped envelope for an easy return!
